Graduated Purdue University in 1993 with B.S., majoring in biology and math with secondary education. Received Masters in Education from Indiana Wesleyan University in 1996. Completed colloquy certification in August, 2006. Has been teaching since 1993 and at Lutheran Central since 2002. Teaches grades 6-8 science and math with a love for biology and algebra. Experienced in teaching students with special needs, including ED, LD, MIMH, hearing impaired, vision impaired, ADD, ADHD, and those with IEP’s and 504’s.
Personal Motto: I strive to set an example for my students to be life-long learners inside and outside of the classroom.

Mrs. Nickie Isaacs: Interim Principal, Grade 8= Middle School Science

  

Graduated Concordia University, St. Paul in 2001 with B.A., majoring in social studies and secondary education. Has been teaching in Lutheran schools since 2001 and at Lutheran Central since 2005. Teaches grades 6-8 social studies with a love for U.S. History, especially the Civil War and W.W. II.
Personal Motto: To know our history from the past can help us not to make the same mistakes in the future.

Mrs. Samantha Sprengel: Middle School Social Studies

  

Graduated Concordia University, Seward, Nebraska in 1995 with B.A., majoring in elementary and secondary education with concentration in math. Has been teaching at Lutheran Central since 1995. Teaches grades 6-8 math with an interest in algebra.
Personal Motto: To share the love of Jesus with His children, and to make math fun as they prepare for high school

Mrs. Sarah Rohr: Grade 7 = Middle School Math

  

Graduated Indiana University Southeast in 1998 with B.S., majoring in secondary education. Holds an LCMS colloquy certificate from Concordia University Mequon.Received her Master's Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2006, as well as her administrator's license in 2007. Has been teaching at Lutheran Central since 2000.  Teaches 6-8 English and Language Arts with emphasis in literature and composition.
Personal Motto: To prepare students, as well as myself, to be leaders among their peers and to be productive, upstanding members of society. I intend to set a strong example for my students to follow as they work to achieve these goals.

Ms. Adrienne Thompson:Grade 6=Middle School Lang Arts,Athletic Director

  

Amanda Graduated Concordia University, Wisconsin, in 2007 with a major in elementary education and minors in Social Studies and Spanish.  She has been teaching at Lutheran Central since 2007. She teaches fifth grade, grades 5-8 music, and is Lutheran Central's choir director.
Personal Motto: "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose." Romans 8:28

Graduated Concordia University, Seward, in 1975 with a B.S., majoring in social science and education. Holds Kindergarten endorsement. Has been teaching since 1975, all but three years at Lutheran Central.

Mrs. Wanda Wischmeier: Grade 2

  

Graduated University of Southern Indiana in 2004 with B.S, majoring in elementary education. Holds Kindergarten endorsement. Received colloquy certification from Concordia University, Mequon in 2008. Has been teaching since 2004 at Lutheran Central.
Personal Motto: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Phillipians 4:13.
